  1. This is the February issue of the TOP-Magazin. This one comes from Kaisersoft 
  2. and not from the TOP-Crew like all previous releases. 
  3. After 3.5 years the TOP-Crew decided to pass on the magazine to some new 
  4. publishers. At least 3 different parties wanted to take it over, after an 
  5. announcement made by the TOP-Crew by the end of 1993.

  7. Kaisersoft has been chosen as the most suitable follower to the TOP-Crew. 
  8. The February 1994 issue is the first one by Kaisersoft, the January issue 
  9. hasn't been released at all.

  12. (top9402b.arc) as always brings you some software. This time you'll find 
  13. a well made ARCANOID-Clone, the "8 Player - demo" (also available elsewhere 
  14. on a.a.u.e.), as always the "Compy-Shop Text Editor" and more.
